Rates & Insurance

Session Fee: $180 per session per 50 minute session

Insurance Coverage

  • Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) are often covered in full or in part by extended health benefit plans. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage by asking:

  • Do I have coverage for a Registered Social Worker (RSW)?
  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year are covered?
  • What is the reimbursement amount per session?
  • Is a physician referral required?

Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure availability for all clients, the following notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling:

  • In-person sessions: 48 hours’ notice

  • Online or telephone sessions: 24 hours’ notice

Appointments cancelled without the required notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
