At Jennifer Shneer Therapy, the focus is on supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand emotions while developing strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Jennifer’s work is grounded in the belief that growth is always possible — even during difficult or uncertain times.
