At Jennifer Shneer Therapy, the focus is on supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools. Through play therapy for children and therapy for adults, clients are supported in exploring their emotions, gaining insight, and developing strategies that encourage meaningful and lasting change.

Jennifer’s work is grounded in the belief that growth is always possible—even during difficult or uncertain times.
